Refund and Returns Policy

At Lange Legacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Watches must not show any signs of wear or damage. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@langelegacy.com or call us at (513) 843-4075 to obtain a return authorization.

2. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

3. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different model, please return the original item and place a new order. Please contact our customer service team to assist you in making the exchange process smooth.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@langelegacy.com or (513) 843-4075. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs for defective products.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved timepieces
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
